The Imperial Buck: Our Single Best Selling Cheddar

Aged for 4 years to develop the flavor we all have come to love.

Region of origin: Wisconsin, right here in the U.S.

Type of milk: Cow

Texture & color: somehow both creamy and crystally

Flavor: rich, nutty, & robust with tones of butterscotch

Perfect Pairings: It’s nice to cut through the creaminess with a briney cornichon or even a little French mustard - a mustard with a little sweetness is great, like our Black Current Mustard from Edmond Fallot.

Scott’s favorite thing about this cheese:  I just love the look on someone's face when they taste it for the very first time.  The look tells me they know this is not grocery store cheddar!
