About Our Cheese Classes

Our classes are designed for you to get to know your palate.

Get ready for that excitement that comes when you are about to taste that morsel of lovely goodness.  The taste might take you back to a particular moment, ingredient, or scent – or you might get that rush of adrenaline one feels the first time they are experiencing a new taste or combination of flavors.   

We believe there’s really no wrong answer when it comes to what you like and what your taste buds are drawn to.  Our classes will allow folks to figure out what that is exactly - it’s all about discovery.   

Each class includes wine or a non-alcoholic beverage that pairs well with a variety of accompaniments we will provide. 

Classes make for a wonderful date night or shared experience with friends and colleagues.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to the class.  We will be available to cut any cheese or charcuterie that you tasted during the class for purchase afterwards.
