An Autumn Favorite: Squash Toast
Get yourself over here for a delicious autumnal lunch or brunch!
Our ever popular Squash Toast is toasted artisanal bread spread with extra creamy ricotta and topped with a squash mash that includes maple syrup, caramelized onions, white balsamic, and a touch of cayenne. Then we finish with some aged sheep cheese, flaky salt and extra virgin olive oil. It’s spicy, creamy, savory, sour, sweet, and salty all in one dish.

As much as possible we use produce that is locally-grown and sourced at the Farmers Market…right now, we are rife with squash and beets.
